JO Jo, When I was a girl my grandmother often made white cake with pink icing and coconut on top. THe cake always looked pretty - I don't even remember if I loved the taste of it- I probably was indifferent as I am not a big fan of cake- I much prefer the texture of cookies- I know weird LOL... However, the memory of pink cake is burned in my mind and always makes me smile and remember a woman whom I loved very much. Happy New Year and good luck in your studies. Regards, Anna
